This place is a complete rip-off. I came to this shop specifically to get a wheel alignment. They told me they performed the alignment, and I paid based on that. Later, when I came back because the problem was still there, they denied doing the alignment and started telling me that my tires were bad and that I needed to replace them. They also charged me $50 for a wheel balance The biggest issue is that they told me at the time of payment that the wheel alignment had been done, but later their story changed. I feel like I was misled and charged for services just to get more money out of me. In my opinion, this is dishonest business practice. I would strongly recommend to not come here

First, overall the manager Eddie, very professional, helpful, and fast. I really appreciated his insight and helpfulness. Great prices, customer service, and great work!! If you ever in the area, try them out! You won’t be disappointed 😃

I purchased tires in January. Today I went to rotate my tires and the lug nuts were tightened to just north of a lever big enough to move the Earth. Two lug nuts snapped in half and another almost did before finally going loose. My vehicle calls for 80-90ft/lbs and in the last 14.5 years of going to Discount Tire I have never had an issue removing the lug nuts when I needed to do some work. Michigan wheel and tire is an absolute joke of a business and you should not go there for any reason unless you want your vehicle messed up. I did go there to try and get them to rectify this situation, but they were more than useless. Lol, the response is pathetic. The employee told me it was past three months there is nothing they could do and walked away from me. I told him I'm writing a bad review and left. Anything other than that is some fantasy you came up with. I understand you want to protect your employee, but damaging customer vehicles is still a trash business model. Also, I did not go to any other place. I tried taking the tire off myself, and before that the last place to touch my vehicle was your business. I had a great experience from the time I walked into the shop. My car had a lot of work to be done, they explained, gave me options on payment, and finished the job same day! Highly recommend you visit and check out their services 🤗
